Unwillingness to resolve dispute

After having to go under debt counselling when my husband was retrenched, we have endless issues with all our standard bank accounts (other creditors are all 100%).
An example of this is that we have 2 credit cards one that was settled in 2011 and the other has 2 months instalments remaining, which are constantly handed over to lawyers. We send the proof of payments through and then hear nothing for 3 -4 months then another lawyer contacts us and we go through the same cycles. I have sent numerous emails to a number of standard bank employees and escalated this to "DR Executive Complaints" and even they fail to respond within the timeframes they give and the only response I did get after 2 mths was that they will get back to me. I have requested meetings responses to email anything to try get these resolved, but no one at STD bank can be bothered to assist. This is just 1 issue, our homeloan is a disaster as well and our overdraft account, all have similar issues. We do not get statements for any of these acc's since. I fail to understand why this is so difficult to resolve, I have been back and forth for almost 2 years with the same issue. Completely unacceptable
