I was early for my appointment, the security guard directed me into my parking and I was directed to the client waiting area.

Shaun offered me some refreshments and attended to me as soon as he finished with his previous appointment. He was professional and for the first time in a couple of years, I have received this level of customer service/treatment. He explained the next steps and what to expect going forward. Shaun even explained the data dot process, so I was rather impressed about this as well.

Jeanne Thompson assisted me and was very pleasant.
