Bad Service from Auto & General

I took my Hail Damage Kia Sedona (HNH779NW) to Telesure (Hermanstad, Pretoria) on the 25th of January.
Jaco was the assesor.
After that no call or sms was send to me to inform me where my vehicle is.
On Friday the 15th of February I phoned Auto and General. They told me my vehicle is with Silverstar Autobody in Silverton and provide me the contact number.
I then phoned them and talk to Leonie. She told me they have my vehicle and have only received approval the previous day. She then told me she would contact me on Monday the 18th of February.
Well by Monday afternoon after not receiving any calls from Silverstar Autobody, I phoned them. Leonie was not available and another lady said I will receive an sms the next day.
The next day I did not receive any sms or calls from them.
On the 21st of Feb, I decided to drive to Silverstar in Wattloo, Pretoria.
Leonie then gave me a print of their quotation. I then ask to physically see my vehicle and wait about 45min plus before I was helped.
Then by change, Jaco from Telesure (Hermanstad) arrived at the reception area. I then told him the whole story and he went out of his way to help me to get answers.
To date, still no feedback anybody!!!
