I had an accident on a Friday and called outsurance from the scene. The call center was also very professional. They ensured I could get home and promised a claim consultant will call me the next day. Around 9am on Saturday Francina called me. Within an hour she had organized the hire car and the tow truck. She kept me updated all through the claim process and gave me contacts for every aspect of the claim (panelbeater, legal, car hire).
