So called ebucks query to possible

I am yet to get an answer from you. I am contemplating going to the Ombudsman as I cannot understand what seems to take so long to investigate this case seeing all that needs to happen is for you to locate such said documents to validate my claims...
How long is this still going to take as in the meantime i am losing out on e-bucks.
