I entered an agreement with ACI a few years ago with the agreement that I would pay between R300 and R400 per month! And monthly till today two amounts get deducted from my acc which ads up to over R800! I have made numerous calls to try and book my family for a holiday and only once we have been successfull. The last time my husband requested an availability they said our points allow us to only go as far as Eastern Cape. I paid a R3000 add dep upfront that same day thru my credit card... and that presentation given has only been experienced in the opposite ways, negatively. I am paying and paying every month and has NO benefit whatsoever and wish to sell the shares, cancel the contract, close the account or whichever term being used to get rid of these deductions on my account asap! I called in once and i was told that this is a lifetime agreement and one that should be paid monthly for life hence we will be placed on ITC if otherwise!!! My word!!! I mean, not even marriages are lifetime commitments anymore!!!
I need for someone to guide and assist me thru the correct procedures so that I, at the end of it all have no ACI deductions on my acc anymore, PLEASE
