Think again, I have a touch up policy with FFW and unfortunately for me my passenger door was dented and naive me thought that my touch up policy would take care of it. It looked like a minor repair to me was so shocked when I received a call from the assessor (not even from the insurer) saying that my claim has been rejected as it is more than R2500 minus the excess amount. I tried to call FFW and left a message for someone to call me but no call to date. I find this kind of ignorance totally unacceptable. Seeing that FFW doesn't have my best interest at heart, can I request that this touch up policy be cancelled and my premiums refunded.
