For the past two months First For Women has been deducting R274 from my bank account for a tyre & rim guard, touch-up plan & personal accident. This is in addition to my comprehensive cover. I want to know who gave you permission to debit my account for acservice I did not request. The only service I requested is comprehensive insurance and nothing else. Please cancel this policy with immediate effect.
