Turned my frown upside down!

Considering I had met up in my first accident and everything else following the incident going wrong, as with all my recent encounters I was sure I was headed on a downhill spiral...

Much to my pleasant surprise I not only found the centre easily, the experience from the moment I set foot on the premises was refreshing and remarkably professional. Dann informed me of some bad news, however he went the extra mile to see if he could assist in alleviating my problem by calling my insurance. I was finally met with some good news from my insurer, 1st for Women.

Everything from assessing my vehicle, to offering my a well needed cup of coffee to his friendly, welcoming attitude (even giving me my correct policy number) turned my really rather sad frown upside down which has given me renewed hope.

Thank you, Dann! You are a rock star!!
