The other night I had an incident with my first home order from Mr Delivery, whereby an advertised item from Simply Asia (chocolate spring rolls) was offered at zero charge... to test I wasn't seeing things, i added two lots to my basket and still no price was added to the end total. I then placed my order online, they called to confirm it (with gratis spring rolls) and then a few minutes later they called again to apologize that the spring rolls were a mistake and weren't actually on special. I was upset as it hadn't stated only for Mon/Tues and so I cancelled the order on principle and 'went hungry.' I placed a complaint on hellopeter out of frustration and no sooner had I done that, I had a call from Frikkie and an email from Craig and boom bam, it was all sorted out. So friendly, so efficient, I got my order plus hot spring rolls within half an hour and I'm now a confirmed customer for life. THANK YOU Mr Delivery for turning my frown upside down :) :) :) :)
