HOSPITAL CASH BACK PLAN FAILURE

I have been fighting for a claim now for the past 3 weeks, from when I was in Hospital mid January, and still today they have not paid out my claim. They are finding every excuse not to pay my claim, they had not even submitted my claim on the system until the 20th of February 2 and a half weeks after I emailed them the required documents and to top it all off now they want my private medical history of the past 2 years to apparently proceed with my claim!!! You would think that having insurance for such unexpected events would be reassuring, well let me tell you I have never felt so angry, cheated and neglected in all my life. What is all my hard earned money actually paying for!!! AIG you need to train your staff properly on proper customer service and on your products as they have no clue half the time what they actually talking about and most importantly they need LISTENING SKILLS!!!
