Outstanding refund

My daughter had two account with RCS. The card account was settled in 2011. She then wanted to settle the loan account in December last year but due to the confusing nature of RCS admin system she paid the card account again thinking it was the loan account. I have statements from RCS clearly showing a refund due to my daughter. However since last year December she has had no joy. She is just pushed from pillar to post. The excuses being that the person working on the file is on leave and then the next thing they are moving office and cannot find the file. This is totally unacceptable.
