I posted a complaint on 11th Jan
- I telephonically responded to Standard Bank's e-mail request;
- No response;
- My local branch manager said the account could be sorted out at U-Shaka airport;
- Branch at U-shaka unable to transfer funds on 17 Jan;
- Call Standard Bank complaints resolution centre on same date at 13h00 - still awaiting a response;
- My son goes to a branch in Cape Town who advise his funds where withdrawn at Fourways Crossing (whilst he was in Thailand and the card blocked??):
- Once again have to rely on local branch manager for assistance, because no of no action from Travel Wallet.
Why does the complaint resolution centre exist? I am awaiting a response from the bank on this debacle (the second in one year with Travel Wallet!)
