I've done the online limit increase via Online Banking
I've also send all the relevant documentation to [Email Removed] but still no reply
I've received a call from someone stating they will send me the quotation to sign and also did not receive the email
This is seriously a lack of customer relations
But you know hwat
I don't really need the limit increase - I will just transfer my accounts to another bank if this is the kind of service
