Coricraft in PMB does not deserve to be in business or have my patronage. On two occasions I was promised chairs to be delivered to the PMB store from Durban and both times the truck arrived from Durban without the said chair on board.
The first time i threatened them and they made sure it was here the next day. This time - I am so despondent I feel that it does not help to throw my toys out my cot - something more serious has to be done. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! I will never deal with them again. My children wanted to buy dining room furniture from them... but that is not going to happen.
Celest has been very sweet and helpful but I was told by Charmaine that "that is just the way it is..." ie. I just have to accept the situation. The worst part of this, is, that I paid for everything in full up front... and now this is what I have to deal with.
