After being shell-shocked and dealing with a premium increase of R400 due to an admin error, I was certain my relationship with Budget was over. A big shout out to Tinashe Mhonde who took the initiative on hearing about my displeasure to go through my case and managed to get me a /-R200 saving on my newly increased premium. I'm still really not pleased about what happened but he really helped soften the blow and I hope gets his just rewards for what he's doing for your company. Thank you Tinashe - a 10 from me for customer service, literally stopped me from walking out of Budget's door!
