Pathetic service

I took an ipad through fnb in september 2012 and they asked me if i need an insurance and i said yes, i was told that it will cost me R48 and that it will be deducted together with the repayment. i lost the ipad in january 2013 and to my suprise i'm not covered for the insurance, i requested fnb on the 5th february to send me the recording of the sale as i did it through the call center, today is the 18th still i haven't received anything from them. can it really take 2 weeks to get a simple recording? unless there is something wrong, maybe its being edited who knows. i'm so disgusted with the service i'm thinking of closing all my account and taking the matter to the ombudsman.
