I launched a claim in October 2012 as my vehicle got and was a total write off. The Settlement amount was R107 000, my insurance company paid R80 000 and my Short Fall Cover paid R24 000 that equals to R104 000 so from what i understand is that i then still owe Wesbank R3000.00 to settle the account but according to them it is still R60 000 odd. I have tried numerous times to call Nkosi Masena 011 649 3489 as she is handling the account. It has been almost 5 months with any feedback.

I am so glad my new vehicle is insured with MFC and not this bunch of incompetent people who cannot even let me know what is happening with my account
