FSB License fees

I sold my short term brokerage in 2006 to another broker. Since November 2006 has been employed permanently The FSB handed my account over to VVM attorney to summons me for outstanding license fee from 2007 up till 2012. I have not done any business since 2006. I lodge a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman but also no response from that offices. Is there somebody out there that can help me, I have been flooded with calls from VVM and the amount of times I had to fax all the paperwork is now becoming ridiculous. FSP license number 26557
