I CANNOT BELIEVE MY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SUCH A HUGE INSURANCE INSTITUTE! REGISTERED A CLAIM ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND STILL DRIVING AROUND IN DAMAGED VEHICLE AND THE DOOR DOESNT CLOSE PROPERLY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED .WORST OF ALL... I ONLY GET FEEDBACK WHEN I CONTACT THE CONSULTANT, CHARLOTTE KUBHEKA... OTHERWISE NOTHING AT ALL AND THEN THEY BLAME THE ASSESSOR WHICH IS ASSESSNET FOR THE DELAY .TOTALLY DISGUSTED IN THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE!
