I would like to mention the great service I received from Cindy D'oliveira, clients premium increased and she manage to save my client as the incorrect information was supllied on the finance document. Both myself and the dealer are very happy that she managed to explain to the client in a friendly and helpful manner what changed and the client was still happy to accept.
