Both my parents passed away in 2008 and individually had retirement funds. When i claimed, i submitted for both policies. My fathers policy was paid out after having to complain on this site. As for my mothers policy, i have not heard anything. Now i hate having to waste my time and resources to call and try getting feedback. Im currently unemployed with a disability and these policies were meant to help me being the only surviver of my family. All i need is feedback.
