After taking 16 months to close an account, an issue which was eventually resolved, the new busines banker undertook to send forms to add a signatory for someone via the Northcliff Branch. Now, some five months and four written requests later, the matter remains unresolved and all communication is simply ignored. At 15h16 today I had to spend 15 minutes in the call holding pattern to reprt the problem (again!) - this has now reached a ridiculous point, what else must I do.
