I logged a claim on the 30th of January after there has been taking place on my property and valuable goods has been. It is now the 15th of February and I am still waiting for someone to call me back! Empty promises! Not impressed! And always excuses when it comes to paying out. But when you take out the policy you get promised top of the range insurance. I am also in the insurance industry and must be honest that this is shocking!
