I had an accident in Groenkloof Nature Reserve in Pretoria on Sunday 10 February 2013 where the right front wheel broke off. My wife called the call centre and a lady by the name Monique was extremely helpful. Se checked up on us every 30 minutes even when the tow truck was already on the scene sorting our vehicle out. Joset Barnard was appointed as my claim adviser and again, excellent service. Then today, 15 February 2013 Joset called me with the good news that the claim was approved and she even send me the assessor fault report. Previous insurers did not do that and I had to try and get the info from the Panel beater.
