No feed back or reply!!! frustrating

Car was damaged from stones, first part of claim went well, second part is a disaster!!!
absolutly no service or help, need to beg and plea for answer, and provide my own technical reports
all for 21 k - if it were 210 k, i could really understand them being difficult and trying to get out of paying!!
but for 21 k???
i have asked for their technical assesors reports, to which they dont reply
i have asked for their technical assesors qualifications - to which i get no answer

the whole is experiance is shocking 5 months with out my car,
if i run my workshop like they conduct themselves, i would be out of a job,
i too am part of imperial!! and i cannot work like they do
i am really hoping to get this over and done with, it has cost me more money getting the technical insp's they were supposed to do
in the mean while, i still pay my insurance!!
