I have insurance with First for Women, and even though I've never claimed - I have gotten good service from them before, and even complimented them for it on this forum.
Recently, however, I have been spammed non-stop by them! I was smsed for Life Insurance through them - I replied stop to the sms - after which I was not removed from the list and received more sms's. They also phone constantly to either try and sell me life insurance or silly add-ons to my current insurance - which I have told them I am not interested in on numerous occasions.
First for Women - if I wanted additional services from you - you would be the first to know. Stop spamming your clients- I gave you my details so that you could insure me - not so that you could harass me!
