I cancelled my policy end January 2013 but was too late to stop the debit order and A&G could not stop it either so I had to wait for the payment to reflect on A&G's systems. I phoned in on Monday 11/02/2013 to arrange for a reimbursement of my premium of R1883, 96 as well as an amount of R315, 00 which was taken to reinstate the policy. The consultant helped me in a very friendly manner. She promised me I will get an sms with my reference number (4241314), which I did and also ensured me that the money will be in my bank account within 3 working days.
On Friday 15/02/2013 i phoned in because I havent received my money and I was promised that somebody will contact me from the relevant department. Nobody did.
I know A&G are on a service drive but if this is how you drive service please go back to the drawing board because something is clearly wrong! I just want my money back.
