Final Settlement on Credit card not Reflected

My account reflects that I owe FNB R3 304.19 on a credit card that was paid in full years ago..

I received a letter from Norman Bissett and Associates dated 2004 - 05 - 07 reflecting that the account was settled in full.

I have forwarded this letter to Carol Pretorius who is handling the account. This was done on the 21 December 2012.

I followed up again with her in January this year.

Perhaps you should stick to your core business?

I am ready to take this matter up with the banking ombudsman.
