In 32 years I have NEVER EVER EVER experienced "personal" banking like this! When you visit the Oak Ave branch in Randburg, you are greeted by a very friendly and efficient lady (I need to remember her name - for now, her name is Ms Magic!) who politely (this is important) asks you your business, and then either directs you to the correct queue, or in some instances, assists you herself! No matter where you end up then, efficiency barks back at you!
The manager, Ms Magic and ALL the staff at this branch needs to be commended and awarded. Gone are the days I loathed going to the bank. Thank you so much Oak Ave - you really rock my world! And let me be clear about this - although I have access to a personal banker, in most instances my business is resolved even before I reach the stairs to her office!
