New banker made all the difference

I was about to leave Standard Bank due to poor service in its Private Banking. Dough Naicker was assigned as my my banker and within a very short period it became clear to me he is in a different league. My bank card was delivered to the incorrect branch as usual and Doug sorted it out without hesitation by driving to fetch it. There are more instances.
