A period of 3 days is promised on their home page until delivery of your new card. It has now been 48hrs and counting to hear if the documentation i had to send through was sufficient for the application.

To make things worse, i have to at my own expense then sit on the line to get hold of a consultant at the call centre for at least 10 minutes, to find out i should resend all the information required to start the next 24 to 48 hrs of waiting!

This is shocking!
