ACCOUNT STILL SUSPENDED AFTER 2 MONTHS

I did blood test in Dec and was only told in January that i used the wrong account to do the pathology test, i was told that an amount of R209 will be dibit on my account on the 1st Feb 2013 and put back on my one card, They manage to debit my monthly installment of R386 for Jan and another R386 for Feb but fail to debit the account for R209 and unsuspend it, I am now told to pay my doctors visit in cash but when i saw i specialist last month and tried to claim i was told that my plan does not cover me, I call this morning and spoke to Lucy and was told that no notes has been added to my account and she will have to pull the call and get back to me, i have to see a doctor on saturday but cannot get authorization as my account is still suspended, i am utterly disgusted at the service i am getting from oneplan. I want this resolved!!!
