2 emails to Rubina another to Action Line elicited a response whereby I was again requested to email my invoice for the 3rd time so that a cash settlement form could be immediately processed. I have still not been updated on whether this has been or when it will be processed. 3 weeks since my initial invoice submission.
Is this not the aim of CLIENT SERVICE, To keep the Client informed?
Please provide me with a reason why I should not move my HOC insurance to my current short term insurer, I really do not have the time to be chasing requests.
