FNB IS NOT THE BEST BANK... SO FAR

After rave reviews from co-workers, I opened an account with FNB.
Initially service was good, but it was a secondary account so I wasn't transacting often.
When my salary was paid into my account there were problems, but those were quickly rectified or so I thought. When I changed my debit order dates (due to salary payment date changes), the bank suddenly ceased to function.
Random amounts get debited off my account. I'm on the phone almost daily and at least once a week I go into a branch to have orders reversed and others actioned.
My address and my debit amounts are constantly incorrect and I really don't know WHERE they get the details and figures from. When I try to fix the problem, red tape.
Today I had to go between 2 branches (with hour-long waiting periods at each) for BANK STATEMENTS. I'm put on a phone, put on hold, told to call someone else who tells me to go into a branch where THEY PUT ME ON THE PHONE. I've called the complaints department, been told my query is being looked into, but I fail to understand HOW the bank keeps making the same mistake month after month. Right now I feel like my mattress is my best financial solution!
