Where's my F'N Statement

How f'n difficult is it to receive a statement??? You are the WORST bank ever!!! I have yet to receive my December Statement. Why do I have to f'n beg and plead like this for something that should be sent to me regularly on a monthly basis. Send me my f'n Statement immediately!!! Should my account be overdue owing to late payment, I will hold you personally responsible!!! You're a bunch of incompetent!!!
