Disgusting Service - WHY WASTE A CLIENT'S TIME

Since August 2012, i have been emailing Wesbank regarding my credit life policy to be covered when i was retrenched, after i put a complaint on hellopeter, Graham Herman was handling my complaint, he wasted by time by not replying to my emails and said he never got the emails, but infact he did. 3 months later after i sent him an email to say i am taking this further with my lawyers, he comes back to state i am not covered for retrenchement, in the first place he should have told me instead of making me hang. This is the reply i received from Graham:

We have kept your account under debt review and have not terminated. Your duty is to keep to the debt review proposal that was negotiated by your Debt Counsellors.

Should you wish to exit debt review, you are required to pay up the accounts that were subject to debt review. You may even consider selling the vehicle and settling your account.
