Today customer service call me to participate In a survey. I'm waiting 2 weeks for customer service to call me to fix my points of my car I took to twt in dec and haven't received the points today yet. Im also waiting for the backpay of these points. I am not a rude person I realize that discovery could underpay their staff for their incompetency and a lack of training to solve customer queries. My DQ POINTS ALSO DROP TO 100 AFTER BEING 700 in my first month in September 2012 year. It has being reduce systematically and cheatingly over thelast 5 months. This is now a big time.
