No OTP for 4 days

FNB, oh dear, why can't I receive OTP's? The whole office seems to have trouble receiving them. I work in I.T, could I come help in some way? Seriously, waiting 4 days for an OTP is a little silly. Do you take yourselves seriously? Because your just being silly. That's not very confidence inspiring, especially since I just convinced my neighbour to move to FNB from the other Standard. Perhaps not the best choice.
