Today I went to KFC in ghandi square. I bought Chicken & Mayo sandwich which cost R16.90. I paid by card. I did not check the slip as I trusted that the service will be honest. but when i got to the office I checked the customer copy from the speedpoint and the amount charged is showing R24.90. I then opened my account on the internet to verify the amount debited. R24.90 was indeed taken from my account. and to my surprise, the order slip is showing the correct amount of R16.90. This was deliberate as the speedpoint transaction was done before the order slip. I cant believe that KFC is taking advantage of their customers like that. How am I supposed to be a loyal customer if they are not even consious about the impact of?
