Still no feedback

Hi this is so unacceptable I am still waiting for my issue with my logbook and vehicle not being in my name to be sorted out.

I honestly am shocked at how unprofessional Std bank has handled my whole ordeal .they simply do not care at all. This matter best be sorted by the end of the month otherwise I am going to consumer watch and carte Blanche, as enough is enough now.
