Went to ABSA Alberton this morning. On the door says Saturday close at 11:00. Looked at my phone the time was 10:55. I told them that it was still to early to be locking up. Management and personnel just looked away as if they couldn't care. Tried to open the door was locked. It should have been open still. Carried on trying as it was not 11:00 yet. Eventually some unhelpful/unfriendly lady (poor management qualities, I must add) came and scolded me like a little kid in front of all the other customers that were trying to make their way in as well. She told me to stop vandalising the door to which I said it should still be open so was just pushing like I would normally push so I don't know. I am so angry and frustrated and disappointed that she would not show some business sense and let us in and close at 11:00 thereafter. This isn't good enough. I have had problems before with this branch. Capitec are growing nicely. I will be moving. :( Breaks my heart to see how apathetic things are becoming. Our service industry don't even pretend like they care anymore. It's obvious that they want our money without putting in any additional effort. Poorly handled ABSA.15 years with you
