I had accident on 10 March 2013 and my insurer referred me to above to repair damage..mostly mechanical damage and few scratches underneath front bumper. After 7weeks, lots of, promises and trying to convince me that they have huge backlockin which case they should employ more people or do not take in any further repairs, they called me to collect my car on 30 April. On arrival they took me to check my car and i was totally shocked to see a lot of damage to the bodywork on the right side of the car..a scratch of about a metre... it seems as if it was done by screwdriver, scratches on front and back bumper. I immediately told the gentlemen i need an explenation as to what happened and he then said me need to look at the photos they took on the day we booked the car but they could not find any. I phoned my fiance and he wanted to see the manager. We waited for 10 min and no one came back to us and we left without the car. Renew are all but professional, i expect that they repair my car and pay for the car i must hire as from 30April. I already contacted the ombudsman and busy with letter, photos aswell as report from another client with same complaint on same day
