When attempting to get a bank guaranteed cheque I had the standard security questions which was fine but please do tell me why you need to know where I got my money from!!! Is that honestly a security question!!!??? And how many times do u need to ask the same question.
It's funny how Nedbank phones you invest your money and doesn't care where it's from yet when I want it I need to beg for it. Ahhhh how about kissing this customer good bye!!!
