On the 21 January 2013 i was hijacked in my driveway at gun point, my car was. I contacted the insurance the very next day to put my claim through. An insurance investigator was sent out on the 28 January 2013 to take photos and do up a report which he said would be compiled and sent off the same day as i told him this is urgent as i need my car for work. I was contacted yesterday 06 February 2013 by either my insurance or broker who has told me they are not sure how long my claim is going to take, it could either be a month or two and that they have not received the report from the investigator. I told him how can this claim take this long, he could not answer me, i also told him i have never missed out on payment since i have insured with New National and this is how they treat me when i specifically told them i could get fired from work if i do not have a car as soon as possible. If there is any way possible that this process could be sorted out as soon as possible. I am really upset and disappointed at this pathetic service...
