Aif services insurance deduction

I recieved my vehicle finance statement on 31 March 2023 with an additional aif insurance policy that I never approved of. I have submitted my car insurance policy on a yearly basis to Absa I'm just not impressed by the additional R1550 that will be deducted on my acount. I did not approve of this. I have made countless phone calls regarding the matter and it seems like no one wants to assist me with this
