DEBIT ORDER TAKEN BEFORE THE MANDATED DATE

My debit order date is for the 27th (my salary date) which happens to be on a monday. Yet CAPFIN decided to debit my account on the 24th (Friday). I received an SMS from my bank stating that I should fund my bank account. Now I have to pay return fee, It is unfair. I will not recommend any one to take a loan from this company
