Failed support with continuous threating statement made by MIBCO after successful payment made

Dear MIBCO,
I am writing this complaint toward the failure of MIBCO (Shinwetani Nghulele Clerk - Regional Credit Control) who continuous harras our company with threatening mail, even after we've complied as agreed with nuerous successful payment, not being allocated to our outstanding account.
This is becoming very vindictive towards our small firm and need this matter to be resolved ASAP.
You assistance will be great appreciated
