Theft under false pretenses

This business was referred to me to help me cancel my COIDA because the Labour Department was taking time. They charged me R 1000.00 for the job. I paid R500.00 as a deposit and the balance was supposed to be paid after the job has been done. Three months later, Makamole could not deliver on the job and I requested my money back. To this day, they refused to pay back the money and are no more taking my calls. Since August last year 2021.

Receive my warm regards and accept my apology for the late response.

We understand your frustration, however, the reason why the COIDA account was not deregistered, was because of an amount that you owe as a penalty.

We do apologize for the inconvenient, we are a company that takes complaints from its customers.

We are going to reimburse you, however, there were resources that we used to attend to your query such as transportation and telephone line to reach out to Compensation Fund.
