In the past 2 weeks I've been communicating with a lady by the name of Thuliswa Plaatjie who is the Senior Administrator of this fund. She promised to process my payment but nothing has been done to date, I tried calling her sometime last week and she dropped the phone in my ears, I send numerous mails to her with no respond. This is so disappointing to see someone who cal herself a senior behaving like this. I've been experience such bad behavior even from my previous employer with the same lady when i was sending claims to her. Below is the mail from her and all docs has been submitted the same day:
